  • Unlimited mileage.
  • Including IGIC/IVA taxes (VAT).
  • Additional driver at no extra cost (MAXIMUM 2 DRIVERS PER CONTRACT).
  • Cancellation and modification at no extra cost.
  • Minimum age is 23 with a minimum of 5 years with a driving licence.
  • Upon making the reservation, the client will receive confirmation or rejection of the request at the email address facilitated to us.

Insurance – Unlimited civil liability

The insurance does not include: Damage to the bottom of the car, wheel rims and tyres, Accidents on un-tarmaced roads, Fines, Loss or breakage of keys, Poor refuelling, Accidents relating to reckless driving under the influence of alcoholic drinks and other drugs, Damage caused by negligence, Theft of the lessee’s personal belongings.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

You can pay for the car hire with a credit card (VISA, EUROCARD-MAESTRO ETC) or in cash.
In the event of the type of car selected not being available, a similar or superior model will be provided.
Nocturnal service at airports from 23:00 to 06:30, additional charge of 25€ ( not included in the total price of the Online Quote or Reservation)

FUEL

Fuel prepayment option- Return vehicle on reserve. Failing this, you must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered to you and your credit card details will be required by way of deposit and in the event this does not happen, you will be charged per required litre at the price established in your rental contract. Under no circumstances will excess fuel be reimbursed.

RETURN OF VEHICLE

59 extra minutes (based on the collection time of the vehicle) are allowed for the return of the vehicle. Failing this, if this period of grace were to be exceeded, the client will be charged an extra day at list price.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION- To change a reservation you must contact Central Reservations (00 34 659 24 24 29 or info@rrautos.com) and current rates and conditions will apply.

EXTENSION OF RENTAL

If you would like to extend the rental period for your vehicle you must contact the office 24 hours beforehand (by telephone or at the email address previously mentioned) and in the event of availability the current list rates and conditions will apply.

COLLECTION OF THE VEHICLE BY THE CLIENT (NO SHOW)

If you do not collect the vehicle in the two hours prior to the collection time indicated on the reservation and you have not alerted the corresponding office or Central Reservations (00 34 659 24 24 29) about any delay, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
